What Happens When You Call

We ask a few short questions: what you want done, roughly how big the area is, and anything you have noticed, like brown patches in the St. Augustine, a zone that never shuts off, or a palm dropping fronds over the roof. Then we set a time to walk the yard around your home with you. There is no charge for the visit.

On the walkthrough we look at what actually drives the price: square footage, soil and drainage, access for equipment through gates or side yards, root and stump size, and whether old sod, rock or failing irrigation lines have to come out first. Your written quote lists each of those items so nothing gets added later without your sign-off. Bigger projects can be paid over time. We can explain our financing, which covers amounts up to $100,000, runs anywhere from 2 to 12 years, and carries no penalty if you pay it off early.

Have These Ready Before You Call

1. A short list of the services you are thinking about, such as sod installation, mulch and beds, or stump grinding.
2. Any known problems, like a sprinkler zone that floods, a dead patch of lawn, or bamboo creeping under the fence line.
3. A couple of days and times that work for you to meet us at the property.
4. Notes on access, including gate widths, a locked side yard, pets, or HOA rules on plants and pavers.
